Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

SAVIOR HEAT products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date for eligible quality-related issues.

This warranty applies to SAVIOR HEAT products, batteries, chargers, charging cables, and included accessories, subject to the terms below.

If your product is still within the 30-day return period, please also see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects that occur under normal use, including:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Heating system or control failures
  • Battery charging or power failures caused by a defect
  • Charger or charging cable defects
  • Other confirmed functional defects

How Will We Resolve a Warranty Claim?

We’ll work with you to identify the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the issue, warranty service may include:

  • Troubleshooting
  • Replacement of the affected part or accessory
  • Replacement with the same or a comparable product
  • Where appropriate, a refund if a suitable replacement or other reasonable warranty solution is not available

For confirmed issues covered by this warranty, SAVIOR HEAT will cover reasonable shipping costs when shipping is required and arranged or approved by SAVIOR HEAT.

Products or parts replaced under warranty may be retained by SAVIOR HEAT and will not be returned.

Battery Warranty

Batteries are covered by the 1-year limited warranty for eligible defects, including confirmed charging or power failures.

Like all rechargeable batteries, battery capacity may gradually decrease with normal use and aging. Normal battery aging or gradual capacity loss is not considered a defect and is not covered by this warranty.

Damage caused by misuse, improper charging, incompatible equipment, or other external causes is not covered.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty is intended to cover genuine product defects. Normal signs of use alone do not automatically exclude a product from warranty coverage.

However, this Limited Warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear, including normal deterioration of fabrics, zippers, seams, and other components
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal product function
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Improper use, care, washing, maintenance, or storage
  • Use with an incorrect voltage supply or incompatible power accessories
  • Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair, to the extent that it causes or contributes to the claimed damage or malfunction
  • Fire, flood, lightning, extreme environmental events, or other external causes
  • Removal, alteration, or illegibility of a factory-applied serial number or product identifier where this prevents reasonable verification of the product
  • Normal battery aging or gradual loss of battery capacity

A confirmed defect in materials, workmanship, or covered functionality may still qualify for warranty service.

Third-Party Purchases

For products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, AliExpress, TikTok Shop, or other authorized third-party sales channels , please submit your warranty request through the original platform or seller so your order can be verified and handled according to the applicable platform procedures.

If you’re unable to receive assistance through the original sales channel, you may contact SAVIOR HEAT Support for further guidance.

After the Warranty Period

Once the 1-year Limited Warranty has expired, free warranty service is no longer available.

Where appropriate, SAVIOR HEAT may offer other support options, replacement parts at its discretion. Availability and any associated costs may vary.

Limitation of Warranty & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty provides the remedies described above for covered defects.

SAVIOR HEAT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the product, to the extent such exclusions or limitations are permitted by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, any implied warranties that cannot legally be excluded may be limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty.

Some states, provinces, countries, or jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of warranties or damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

Your Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights and is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

SAVIOR HEAT reserves the right to verify warranty eligibility and determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature of the confirmed issue and applicable law.
