Return & Exchange Policy
- Sale items, final sale items, and free gifts are not eligible for exchanges.
- Items must be new and unworn with tags attached to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any return if the item is not in its original condition (new and unworn, with tags).
Shipping charges are non-refundable. - If you require an exchange after 30 days of order delivery, a flat rate shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.
Return & Exchange Shipping
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Process for Returning Merchandise
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact your reseller or email support@saviorheat.com for assistance.
- Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to SAVIORHEAT. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in SAVIORHEAT, warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues outside of this 30-day window.
