Temperature control issues

1. When turning on heating, adjust the appropriate temperature as needed.
2. Make sure to turn off the power when not in use to avoid problems such as short circuits.
3. Gradually increase the temperature during first use to find a suitable temperature setting and avoid adjusting to the highest temperature all at once.

Battery life issue

1. Prepare a backup battery when you are outdoors to ensure that the battery is sufficient during outdoor activities.
2. In low-temperature environments, battery life will be shortened, and the battery can be stored close to the body to maintain temperature.
3. Use low temperature settings to extend battery life.
