FAQs

How to choose the right size?

Measure key areas such as your chest, waist, and sleeve length, then compare them with our size chart. Since this jacket is designed for outdoor work and cold-weather layering, we recommend choosing the larger size if you are between sizes or plan to wear a hoodie, sweater, or workwear underneath.

Is this heated work jacket suitable for outdoor work?

Yes. This heated work jacket is designed for cold-weather jobs, construction, warehouse work, maintenance, delivery, farming, outdoor repair, commuting, and other demanding winter conditions. It combines active heating with durable weather protection to help you stay warm and comfortable throughout the workday.

How long does the battery last?

Battery runtime depends on the heat setting, outside temperature, and working conditions. Higher heat settings use more power, while lower settings provide longer-lasting warmth. For extended shifts outdoors, start on a higher setting to warm up quickly, then switch to a lower setting to help extend battery life.

How to use the heated work jacket correctly?

Step 1: Charge the Battery — Fully charge the battery before first use.

Step 2: Connect the Battery — Plug the battery into the cable inside the battery pocket.

Step 3: Turn On the Heat — Press the power button to activate the heating system and select your preferred heat level or heating zone.

Step 4: Turn Off the Heat — Press the power button until the indicator light turns off.

Note: Remove the battery if the jacket will not be used for an extended period.

How should I care for the heated work jacket?

Remove the battery before cleaning and make sure all pocket zippers are securely closed. Place the jacket in a laundry bag and machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean, as high heat or harsh cleaning may damage the heating components and protective fabric.
