FAQs
How to choose the right size?
Try checking your regular shoe size or measuring your foot length, then refer to our size chart to find the right fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Are these heated socks good for outdoor activities?
Yes. These heated socks are designed for cold-weather activities like skiing, snowboarding, hiking, hunting, camping, cycling, ice fishing, winter work, and daily outdoor use. If your feet get cold easily in winter, they’re a great choice for staying warm, comfortable, and ready for the day.
How long does the heated sock battery last?
A fully charged heated sock battery typically lasts 2–8+ hours depending on the heat setting: about 2–3 hours on high, 4–5 hours on medium, and 6–8+ hours on low.
How to use the heat ed socks correctly?
Step 1: Charge the Battery — Fully charge the battery before first use.
Step 2: Insert the Battery — Connect the battery to the plug inside the battery pocket.
Step 3: Turn On the Socks — Press the power button to turn on the socks and adjust the temperature.
Step 4: Turn Off the Socks — Press the power button until the indicator light turns off.
Note: If the socks will not be used for a long time, please remove the batteries from the socks.
How should I care for my heated socks?
For better safety, remove the batteries before cleaning. Hand washing is recommended. If machine washing is necessary, place the socks in a laundry bag and use a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.
