We provide 6 months warranty for socks.

  • Is the size chart on the website unisex?

Yes, the size of gloves and socks is a universal size, you can measure according to the measurements we provide.

  • Whether the heating effect of socks will be affected by the external environments？

Yes, that's a good question. Since we are using a lithium battery, its low-temperature resistance has a threshold.
When the temperature is lower than -15°C, the actual capacity of the battery will drop.

1. So if you are going to a low-temperature area, be sure to fully charge the battery.

2. If you need a long battery life, it is recommended that you have a spare battery.

  • How to use socks correctly?

Step 1: Charging - Fully charge before first use.

Step 2: Insert Battery - Connect the battery to the plug in your pocket.

Step 3: Turn on - Press the on/off button to adjust the temperature.

Step 4: Turn Off - Press the On/Off button until the light turns off.

Note: If not used for a long time, please remove the battery.

  • How to wash and care for socks?

Handwashing is recommended to maintain its good functionality.


If you want to machine wash, please use the laundry bag.
