How to choose the right size?
Try measuring the key areas based on the product style, such as chest, waist, hips, or inseam, then refer to our size chart to find the right fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer layering underneath, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Yes. Heated apparel is designed for cold-weather activities like skiing, hiking, camping, hunting, dog walking, commuting, outdoor work, and everyday winter wear. If you get cold easily, it’s a great choice for staying warm, comfortable, and ready for the day.
How long does the battery last?
A fully charged battery typically lasts 2–12 hours depending on the product, battery capacity, and heat setting. In general, high heat provides shorter runtime, while low heat offers longer-lasting warmth. Actual battery life may vary based on outside temperature and usage conditions.
How to use heated apparel correctly?
Step 1: Charge the Battery — Fully charge the battery before first use.
Step 2: Connect the Battery — Plug the battery into the cable inside the battery pocket.
Step 3: Turn On the Heat — Press the power button to turn on the heating system and adjust the temperature.
Step 4: Turn Off the Heat — Press the power button until the indicator light turns off.
Note: If the heated apparel will not be used for a long time, please remove the battery.
How should I care for heated apparel?
Remove the battery before cleaning. Zip up the garment and place it in a laundry bag before washing. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, then air dry only. Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean.
